If you’ve been part of Soul of Sydney over the last decade, chances are you’ve been mesmerised by the incredible Kristine. Her energy, talent, and sheer joy for dance have lit up countless dance floors at our parties. She’s not just a guest & she’s family, and we’ve been blessed to witness her skills and spirit time and time again.

Now, Kristine is inviting you into her other passion — sharing the vibrant music, dance, and culture of Brazil through her project Alma to Soul, alongside the equally talented Dede. Together, they create an infectious celebration of connection, rhythm, and community.

This Thursday 28th August, they’re bringing Baile Alma to Soul to The Soda Factory — and trust us, this is one night you don’t want to miss!

Live Forró – the warm, accordion-driven rhythms from Brazil’s northeast. Soulful Samba grooves – irresistible beats that pull you to the dance floor. Brazilian Pop reimagined with samba rhythms – a perfect mix of tradition and modern flavour.

From 6:30pm until late, it’s going to be a cultural immersion of live music, dance, and pure joy. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just want to soak up the atmosphere, this is the place to be.
