Having crossed paths with Andrew over 15 years at the SOULFUL HOUSE warehouse parties, it was clear that he was more than just a performer; he was a guiding force, inspiring confidence in DJs like us. Hosting the SUNDAY SANCTUARY Gospel House party together only deepened our appreciation for his diverse musical talents. We knew he could sing, dance, and wear many musical hats, but ‘Bach in Colour’ unveiled a facet of Andrew’s artistry that left us astounded.

From the moment the notes echoed in the venue, it was apparent that ‘Bach in Colour’ was a labor of love for Andrew Bukenya. His ability to infuse contemporary vibrancy into Bach’s timeless classics showcased a profound understanding of the classical repertoire. As friends and music enthusiasts, this performance became a cherished memory, a testament to our shared love for gospel-inspired house sounds and the transformative power of music.

The lineup of singers, includes Ali Aitken, Zohra Bednarz, Jared Lillehagen, Elias Wilson, Meklit Kilbret and Damien Hall, Lanneke Jones, Erin Clare , Jody Houston Sacha Lee Kilgour Atalya Masi, Dion Biasutti Condack, Austin Menso Frankie Bouchier, Jo Brereton, Tom Hallworth added immeasurable depth to Bukenya’s vision. Each vocalist brought a unique voice and interpretation, creating a harmonious blend that resonated with the audience. Their collective synergy with Bukenya was palpable, creating an ethereal atmosphere that left us spellbound.
