Rolling Stone magazine is being brought to life in a pop up bar, the Live Lodge, where you can go behind the scenes of the magazine, be the first to hear rad records and discover new talent.
They’re throwing one hell of an opening party tonight (August 21), with sets from Boy and Bear and the Preatures. It’s a VIP readers party, so you’ll have to sneak in the back way without a ticket.
But after tonight the Oxford St bar be open to the public every night for three weeks, with free events to September 10. Rolling Stone Editor-In-Chief Matt Coyle said guests would be treated to advance listening sessions, live performances, movie screenings and the chance to rub shoulders with their favourite local artists.
