We’re excited to be heading down to support our good friends ALMA TO SOUL & LADY CHIKA who will be bringing their unique blend of live music, movement & culture to MOTIONS Festival at Circular Quay this Saturday. It is part of a free 4 day festival for Sydney marathon, where they will be activating the forecourt outside Customs House in Circular Quay.
We will be curing music and vibes this Saturday for a free afternoon of music, dance & vibes on the streets set against one of Sydney’s most iconic waterfront locations outside. Its Free, family friendly, come down and say hello & get down with one of our favorite local bands bringing their unique blend of Brazilian Music, Dance & Culture alongside the unmistakable infectious sounds of DJ LADY CHIKA.
The festival is part of Sydney Marathons’ MOTIONS FESTIVAL happening this weekend.

If you’ve been to SOUL OF SYDNEY over the past few years, you’ll no doubt recognise Kristine and Andre. As local musicians, artists and professional dancers, they’ve been central figures in many of our events, blessing our stages and dancefloors with unforgettable cameo performances, joyful energy and a deep connection to rhythm.
Their musical project, ALMA TO SOUL, brings together Brazilian roots, reggae, traditional sounds, Afro-Latin rhythms, soul and world music. Their performances combine live music with movement, creating an immersive experience that celebrates culture, connection and the simple pleasure of dancing together.
Their special sunset set at Circular Quay will be the perfect soundtrack to a Saturday afternoon by the Harbour, Music in Open Spaces. We love community events because there is something especially powerful about music in open spaces.
If you’re in the area, come down to Circular Quay for a laid-back Saturday filled with Brazilian-infused soul, reggae, roots music, dance and good vibes.
