LOVE IT THAT SYDNEY HAS A PULSE !

Team 9Lives hosted Sydney’s first Push Up Flash Mob event at Pitt St Mall, bringing together our friends, families, students, the public and a couple of superheroes to come together to exercise and have fun!

Our aim was to energise and inspire everyone to start exercising and get more into physical movement by feeling free enough to exercise anywhere, anytime and to simply be ourselves.
Our intentions are to promote health, positivity and the chance to meet new people, all while providing a fun atmosphere for people to enjoy themselves and keep the young spirit alive!
