I love it hearing DJ’s like this put sets together, stepping away from classic jams & digging deep to put together a beautiful musical journey of all shades of Funk & Soul goodness. Educating & Entertaining, just the way a REAL DJ should. So good to see a DJ dropping everything from Janet Jackson Kaytranada to Norma Jean Bell Moodymann heavy Detroit flavours like it ain’t no thing.. what a DJ, one of our favourites in this city.
This legend was one of the first DJ’s to get on board & trust what we were doing many many years ago when we were still running renegade sound systems in the parks around Sydney… its such a proud moment hearing him drop his new release on our dance floor at the last jam.
